In today’s fast-paced industrial world, technicians like you ensure that complex machines perform flawlessly. This specific job is based in Manama, Bahrain—a business hub known for its openness to global talent, safety, and tax-free income. Working here not only boosts your career but offers a unique cultural experience.

As an Automation Technician, your day-to-day work would involve maintaining and troubleshooting a range of high-tech machines used in aluminum production and mining operations. Multi-Purpose Pot Cranes (MPPC) are another key tool for lifting and shifting within the smelter. The Cell Tending Assembly (CTA) and Anode Changing Machines (ACM) also require your expert attention. If you’ve worked with any of these, you already know how crucial your role will be.

Your work will support major industry players like Ma’aden and Emirates Global Aluminium. These companies use cutting-edge automation to streamline their smelting and mining operations. While your hands will be busy with machines, your success will also depend on your communication and interpersonal skills. Can you explain a technical problem to a non-technical colleague? Are you okay working odd hours or outside your home country? These are the traits that set great technicians apart from good ones.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Bahrain. You’ll be working directly on machines, so this isn’t a remote gig. It’s hands-on, practical, and rewarding for someone who enjoys being in the field.
